📦 When We Offer Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Receiving the wrong item
• Receiving an item with a printing or production error

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem when applicable.

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know the next steps.

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or other buyer's-remorse situations unless otherwise required by law.
